Our shipping policy is straightforward—here’s everything you need to know, with a clear guarantee: all U.S. orders will be delivered within 10–20 business days, and international orders also follow the same 10–20 business day delivery window.

1. Where We Ship


We ship to all U.S. addresses, including:

  • 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

We also offer worldwide shipping to all international destinations.

Note: Oversized cookware (like large stockpots or 10+ piece sets) can’t be shipped to P.O. boxes—please use a physical street address to ensure timely delivery within the 10–20 day window.

2. Delivery Timeline: Guaranteed 10–20 Business Days


Your order will be delivered within 10–20 business days from the date it ships (not the date you place the order). Here’s a detailed breakdown to help you plan:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (we carefully inspect, quality-check, and pack your cookware—weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not included)
  • Transit Time: 9–17 business days (time your package spends with the shipping carrier after it leaves our warehouse)

Example: If you place an order on a Monday → order is processed by Wednesday → delivery will occur 10–20 business days after Wednesday (within the guaranteed window).

Important Notes About the 10–20 Day Window:


  • Business days = Monday–Friday (excludes U.S. federal holidays: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day)
  • Remote areas (rural Alaska, Hawaii, or international regions with limited carrier coverage) may take the full 20 business days, but we will always meet the 10–20 day guarantee
  • Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, holiday sales) may add 1–2 days to processing time, but we prioritize order fulfillment to ensure delivery still falls within the 10–20 business day window

3. Shipping Fees


We offer a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide—no matter where you are or how much you order.

This flat rate applies to all cookware items, including standard and oversized/heavy pieces (like 12-piece sets or cast iron Dutch ovens over 15 lbs.). There are no extra charges for weight, size, or destination—just one low fee for delivery within the 10–20 day window.

4. Order Updates & Tracking


  • Right after ordering: You’ll receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder if it’s missing)
  • When your order ships (1–3 business days after placement): We’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and link. Use this to monitor your package’s progress and estimate delivery (which will fall within the 10–20 day window)
  • If you haven’t received a tracking number within 4 business days of ordering: Contact us for assistance to ensure your order is on track

5. Receiving Your Order


  • Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery (the carrier will leave a door tag if you’re not available, and re-delivery will still align with the 10–20 day window)
  • Package marked “Delivered” but missing? First check with neighbors, building management, or safe drop locations (porch, garage, mailbox) — contact us within 48 hours if you still can’t locate it
  • Damaged package or defective product upon arrival? Take clear photos of the damage (package and product) and email us within 24 hours—we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no impact on future orders’ 10–20 day delivery guarantee

6. Delays & Issues (Outside the 10–20 Day Window)


While we strictly adhere to the 10–20 business day delivery guarantee, rare delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier service disruptions, customs holdups (international orders), or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order does not arrive within the 10–20 business day window:

  1. Email us at service@aujkuy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
  2. We’ll resolve it promptly: Options include 15% off your next order, free expedited shipping on your next purchase, or a partial refund—your choice

7. International Shipping Details


For international orders, we maintain the same 10–20 business day delivery guarantee (from the date of shipping):

  • Fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD (no hidden fees)
  • Delivery within 10–20 business days (transit time may vary slightly by country, but we guarantee it will not exceed 20 business days)
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country—these are not included in the shipping rate or order total and do not affect the 10–20 day delivery window

8. Shipping Restrictions


  • No oversized items (over 30 lbs.) can be shipped to U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • All our cookware is EPA-compliant (free of PFOA/PFAS) — safe to ship everywhere in the U.S. and internationally, in compliance with global shipping regulations
