Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") applies when you use the Aujkuy website (www.aujkuy.com) or buy our cookware. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or buy our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect right away when posted on our site (with an updated date at the bottom). If you keep using our site or buying products after changes, you agree to the new terms. We suggest checking this page occasionally for updates.

2. Who Can Buy & Account Rules

To buy from us, you must be 18 or older (or have legal permission to enter a contract).

If you make an account:

Provide true, up-to-date information.
Keep your username and password private.
Tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission.
Take responsibility for all activity on your account.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, lie about information, or do something fraudulent.

3. Product Info & Orders

3.1 Product Details

We try to make sure product descriptions (materials, size, how to care for them) and photos are accurate. But small differences in color, finish, or specs might happen (from manufacturing or screen displays). We can fix mistakes in product info anytime—even after you order—if the mistake is important.

3.2 Ordering & Confirmation

When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the product(s) under these terms.

We can accept or reject your order for reasons like: product out of stock, wrong price/description, suspected fraud, or incorrect shipping info.

You’ll get an automated email when you submit your order (this isn’t a confirmation). A real contract is only made when we send a second email saying your order is shipped.

3.3 Prices & Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and can change without notice. We’re not responsible for typos in pricing.

You agree to pay the full amount at checkout (including sales tax and shipping).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. We use secure payment systems, but we’re not liable for unauthorized charges or security breaches we can’t control.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping

We ship to all U.S. addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days (estimated). Expedited shipping options (if available) will show at checkout.

4.2 Delivery Rules

Once your order is delivered to your shipping address, you’re responsible for any loss or damage.

Make sure your shipping info is correct. We’re not liable for delayed, lost, or damaged orders from wrong addresses, weather, carrier errors, or other things we can’t control.

If your order doesn’t arrive on time, email us at service@aujkuy.com with your order number for help.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Aujkuy cookware! Our return policy follows U.S. consumer laws:

5.1 What You Can Return

Unused, unopened products in original packaging (with tags/labels/accessories) within 30 days of delivery.

You’ll get a full refund (minus shipping) or an exchange.

Custom/personalized products can’t be returned unless they’re defective.

5.2 How to Return

Email service@aujkuy.com with your order number and why you’re returning.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) and instructions.

Ship the product back within 7 days of getting the label (pack it securely).

We’ll check the product when we get it. Refunds take 5–7 business days to process (credited to your original payment method).

5.3 What You Can’t Return

Used or damaged products (unless damaged during shipping or defective).

Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Final sale items (marked on the product page).

Gift cards.

6. Product Warranty

We stand behind our cookware with a warranty:

6.1 Standard Warranty

All products have a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (from the date you buy them).

This covers problems with materials or how the product is made—only if you use and care for it normally.

The warranty does NOT cover: damage from misuse/abuse (e.g., metal utensils on non-stick pans), normal wear and tear, overheating, use with wrong cooktops, or repairs by someone not authorized.

6.2 How to File a Warranty Claim

Email service@aujkuy.com with your order number, product details, and photos/description of the defect.

We’ll review your claim and get back to you in 2–3 business days.

Approved claims: We’ll repair, replace, or refund you (our choice). We might ask you to send the defective product back.

7. Our Liability

To the maximum allowed by law, we’re not responsible for indirect damages (like lost use, lost profits) from using our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim can’t be more than the price of the product that caused the issue.

We’re not liable for damages from delayed delivery, product misuse, or not following care instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (product photos, descriptions, logos, trademarks) is owned by Aujkuy and protected by U.S. laws. You can’t copy, share, change, or use any of it without our written permission.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, U.S.

If you have a dispute with us, first try to work it out by emailing service@aujkuy.com.

If we can’t agree, either party can use binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon (following American Arbitration Association rules). The arbitration decision is final.

10. Termination

We can end this Agreement or suspend your access to our website anytime (with or without reason) by notifying you. After termination, most terms end—but rules about liability, warranty, and intellectual property still apply.

11. Other Rules

This Agreement is the full understanding between you and Aujkuy (replaces any previous talks).

If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still apply.

We don’t give up our rights if we don’t enforce a rule once.

You can’t transfer your rights/obligations under this Agreement without our permission. We can transfer them to an affiliate or successor.
